We do ship to some countries, please visit on Etsy for international orders!

Yes, time sometimes allows for a custom order, please contact me and let me know what you have in mind. I can then let you know if it is possible, along with cost and lead time.

Free shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage, larger orders will ship out via USPS Priority Mail.

 Imagine Out Loud is not responsible for lost, late or damaged items UNLESS you ask and purchase shipping insurance BEFORE purchase. 

Imagine Out Loud is not responsible for your order once it has been handed over to the postal services.

If you receive your item(s) and you are not happy with them, please contact us within three days of delivery date to arrange for a return. 

Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and the item(s) must be returned with tracking information and arrive in the original condition as received within 14 days.

Buyer will be refunded the cost of item(s), less original shipping costs.

If you receive your order and something is damaged, please contact us within three days of receiving the order. Please submit photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and a replacement or refund will be issued.

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR ANY CUSTOMIZED ITEMS, OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, INCLUDING ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN TRANSFORMED INTO HANGING CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS.
