Free shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage, larger orders will ship out via USPS Priority Mail.


 Imagine Out Loud is not responsible for lost, late or damaged items UNLESS you ask and purchase shipping insurance BEFORE purchase. 


Imagine Out Loud is not responsible for your order once it has been handed over to the postal services.


RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES  

*If you receive your item(s) and you are not happy with them, contact us within three days of receiving your item(s) to arrange for a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and the item(s) must be returned with tracking number and arrive in the same condition as received within 14 days. Buyer will be refunded the cost of the item(s),less original shipping cost.
 

*If item arrives damaged, contact us within three days of receiving it and send photos of the packaging/damaged item and a replacement or refund will be sent.

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR ANY CUSTOMIZED ITEMS, OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, INCLUDING ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN TRANSFORMED INTO HANGING CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS.
